Company history
Red Geographics was founded in 2004. Our offices are currently located in Klundert, The Netherlands. The main force behind the company is its founder, Hans van der Maarel, who has been actively involved with the GIS/Cartography industry (specifically FME and MAPublisher) for many years. As of September 1st 2006, Red Geographics is a FME reseller.

Primary use
Red Geographics develops FME processes for clients, or do ETL-projects for them with FME. In addition to that we do training courses and technical support.
Secondary use
FME is used as part of a larger process, for example digital cartography or 3D visualisation. Currently about 95% of all data transformation done by Red Geographics uses FME. Also, the FME Viewer is used to check almost every dataset sent in by clients and consequently it is a valuable tool used when offering technical support.
