Options Dialog

The options dialog is accessed through Tools > Options on the Workbench menubar.

This dialog box provides access to parameters and settings that apply to a user's overall use of FME - ie they are not specific to the current workspace or translation.

There are a number of tabs on the dialog...

• General: General FME translation settings (ie not Workbench specific)
• Workbench: Workbench specific settings
• Shared Directories: Locations for shared FME resources
• Format Parameter Defaults: Default values for different dataset parameters
• Datum Grid Shifts: Parameters for grid shift files
