AMC stands for Annual Maintenance Contract (http://www.safe.com/support/amc/fme.php) - it is the method by which a user purchases support for their FME products. Only FME licenses with a valid AMC are entitled to contact the Safe support team. Click here to find out what support your AMC entitles you to.

The purchase price of FME includes the first year's AMC - thereafter the AMC must be purchased each year, at a cost related to the current price for that edition.
